As your doula I will tend to the needs of the whole family so the birthing person can heal and everyone’s needs are met. My support is completely tailored to your needs. We can work together to come up with a care package perfect for you.

Postpartum care is considered the 12 weeks after delivery.

Typical visits are between 4-8 hours, 1-4 times a week for the first 0-12 weeks. You need more than newborn care when bringing home your baby. You may need help with chest feeding, meals, tidying, laundry. I will build your confidence with feeding, burping, changing, settling and putting baby to sleep. Bathing baby doesn’t have to be stressful.

Minimum 4 hours per visit, $45.00 an hour

Typical visits are between 8-10 hours, 1-4 times a week for the first 0-12 weeks. While you get your much needed sleep I will document the baby’s activity during the night, noting waking and feeding times, the amount consumed, types of dirty diapers, and how well the baby settles. Additionally, I will clean and sanitize bottles and pumping equipment. I enjoy food preparation, baking and light cooking. If the baby is nursing, I provide support with chest feeding as needed. After the parent has finished feeding, I will change, soothe, and put the baby back to sleep.
In the case of bottle feeding, I will attend to the baby throughout the night by feeding, burping, changing, soothing, and settling the baby after each feeding.

Minimum 8 hours per visit, $45.00 an hour
